- Model 1: Embedded Fractional CMO → I act as your outsourced marketing director, directly leading the function across internal departments, agencies, suppliers, partners, and third parties. This model provides full leadership and accountability, ideal for businesses ready to scale.
- Model 2: Accountability & Oversight → I design the structures, systems, goals, and milestones, then work with your existing team to ensure execution. Through weekly follow‑ups, I keep progress on track and ensure accountability without requiring you to expand your payroll.
